Georgia is located in the central western part of the Caucasus region, which connects the Eurasian continent. It includes the entire Black Sea coast of the Caucasus, the middle reaches of the Kura River, and the Alazani River Valley, a tributary of the Kura River. The Georgian government will continue to prioritize economic development, tighten the public budget, increase fiscal revenue through raising tax rates for certain taxes and accelerating privatization, and lower benchmark interest rates to encourage the development of small and medium-sized enterprises; Vigorously attracting foreign investment, promoting negotiations with the European Union for Free Trade Agreements (FTA) and the United States for super Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) treatment, utilizing international aid and loans to accelerate infrastructure construction, in order to drive economic development and build a Eurasian transportation corridor.
